Intended Uses

This range of products is capable of being applied by brush or spray. 311:106 is suitable for use beneath white spirit based topcoat systems such as QDPu Spraying Finish and ‘Pu’ Type Brushing Finish. It is not suitable for use with QD topcoats that are based on stronger solvents that might react and cause film defects.

Recommended Film thickness

Typical wet film thickness when applied is 50 microns.

Theoretical Coverage

Approx 20 square metres per litre at 50 microns wft. NB. The practical coverage rate depends on many factors and will be less than the theoretical figure.

Method of Application

311:106 is best applied by spray and brush or roller.

Drying Time

Touch Dry …… 60 minutes.
Handle dry ….. 3 – 5 hours.
Full Cure …….. 7 days
Drying times are quoted at 20°C and will vary with actual conditions such as: film thickness, air movement, temperature and humidity.
