Intended Uses

103-026 is a relatively quick drying two-component primer for use beneath certain paint systems and is designed to be applied onto shot blasted steel. When used as part of a complete system, it provides excellent protection, excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals, solvents and severe atmospheric exposure conditions.

Theoretical Coverage

Approx 6.7 square metres per litre at 150 microns wft. NB. The practical coverage rate depends on many factors and will be less than the theoretical figure.

Method of Application

103:026 is best applied by airless or conventional spray.

Drying Time

Touch Dry …… 30 minutes.
Handle dry ….. 6 hours.
Full Cure …….. 7 days
Drying times are quoted at 20°C and will vary with actual conditions such as: film thickness, air movement, temperature and humidity.
