Intended Uses

ProCure 15 is a non-slip two pack floorpaint with a quicker return to service than epoxy systems. If applied correctly, traffic can be running back over the floor the following day, far quicker than similarly priced epoxy systems. Typical applications include warehouses, factories, demarcation of pedestrian areas, and steps.

5 litre kit, enough to paint approx 30m² of floor depending on condition of substrate

Available in a carefully selected range comprising White, Black, Lt Grey, Dk Grey, Blue, Safety Yellow, Red and Green.

Gloss Level

Satin (with slip resistant additive)

Volume Solids

Nominally 40%, varying slightly with colour.

Recommended Film thickness

Typical wet film thickness when applied as a finish is 185 microns (100 microns dft).

Theoretical Coverage

Approx 6-8 square metres per litre. NB. The practical coverage rate depends on many factors and will be less than the theoretical figure.

Method of Application

350:610 is readily applied by brush or a deep pile roller. Can also be applied by Airless Spray or Air Assisted Airless Spray (min 21 thou tip and remove all filters)

Drying Time

Touch Dry .….30 minutes.
Hard Dry for traffic….. overnight.
Full Cure …. 5-7 days
Drying times are quoted at 20°C and will vary with actual conditions such as: film thickness, air movement, temperature and humidity. Although this product has fast drying properties, full cure/resistance and film strength is only achieved after 5-7 days. Drying and cure is retarded below 10 °C
